Way of Lines provides digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, by purchasing digital content and consenting to immediate delivery, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that once the download process has started, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Technical Issues & Damaged Files

Quality is our priority. If you encounter a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to open correctly, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and provide a working replacement at no additional cost.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same trail twice and have not accessed or downloaded the duplicate file, please reach out to us with your order number. We will review your request and process a refund for the extra purchase.
