2. Digital License and Usage.
All products sold on this website are digital files. Upon purchase, Way of Lines grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to print the map for your own personal use or as a one-time gift.
- Prohibited Acts: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload these files to any public platform.
- Commercial Use: Any commercial use, including selling printed versions of the maps or using the designs for business branding, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
3. Instant Delivery.
Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your files. Please note that no physical items will be shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure they have the necessary software to open ZIP and PDF/JPG files.
4. Decorative Purpose (Not for Navigation).
Way of Lines maps are created as decorative art pieces. While we strive for high precision in representing trail paths, these maps are not intended for navigation, professional orienteering, or safety-critical decisions. Use of these maps for hiking or any outdoor activity is entirely at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property.
All designs, layouts, typography, and original trail representations are the exclusive intellectual property of Way of Lines. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the copyright to you.
6. Payments and Refunds.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via our partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
7. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Way of Lines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital files, including but not limited to printing errors or navigation accidents.
8. Governing Law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
